He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role We are seeking a highly motivated CT Tech who would relish the opportunity to join our Dunedin team. You will bring clinical expertise, offering a welcoming, and empathetic imaging service to our patients, referrers and funders.
This role will involve:
- Working within a flexible roster performing high-quality CT, PET/CT, DR X-ray, Theatre imaging and Fluoroscopy examinations across 2 sites within Dunedin
- The opportunity to work in and develop exceptional skills in a CT service providing a broad range of examinations including CT Colonography, CT Cardiac and CT Intervention
- The chance to work alongside Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT trained Techs in a new and exciting PET/CT service with a high spec PET/CT scanner
- The opportunity to develop IV cannulation skills, including US guided cannulation
- Working in collaboration with Radiologists and Referrer to ensure high quality imaging is performed.
- Staying up to date with advancements in CT and General Radiography technology and techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge

For this opportunity you need to be currently registered with the New Zealand MRTB holding a current annual practicing certificate in the appropriate scope.
