For personal computers or laptops:

Mouse – first click on the image thumbnail. Next, position the mouse cursor (arrow) over the image sequence, then use the roller on the mouse to scroll up or down through the images.

Touchpad – first click on the image thumbnail. Next, position the cursor (arrow) over the image sequence then using two fingers on the touchpad, drag your fingers up or down to scroll up or down through the images.

Mobile Devices – to scroll through the images, touch the image and move your finger up or down. Scroll left or right to move through the thumbnails.

NOTE: it can take up to 5 minutes for your images to load. If you are having trouble scrolling through your images it may be because they are still loading. Please give it a few minutes before trying again and you should be able to scroll easily.

Once the report has been released you can share any study via the Share Exam button on the top right of the screen. Sharing is done via an email address where the recipient receives a link and validation code that they can use to access the exam ten times. The shared exam is in full DICOM quality so it is appropriate for sharing with medical professionals involved in your care. When you share the exam you can choose how long to share it for (how long the link is active).

You can check on the status of exams you have shared via the Shared Exams tab in the menu. This will show you all of the exams you have shared and allow you to either extend the length it has been shared for or revoke the share link.
